Overview

I designed the UI/UX and marketing assets for Shaashop, a B2C e-commerce brand.

At SHAASHOP, a global e-commerce platform facilitating cross-border product purchases, I spearheaded the design of various assets, including landing pages, banners, posters, and templates essential for business presentations, specifically for Investor Relations (IR) pitches. My responsibilities also involved conducting extensive research on e-commerce trends and consumer behaviors, providing valuable insights for platform enhancement. Additionally, I conducted A/B tests for Facebook Ads, optimizing strategies to maximize their effectiveness and reach within the target audience.

A second landing page built for paid campaigns — one headline, the app in hand, both store badges, tuned per ad set.

Facebook A/B tests

Two test cells, one variable each: placement ratio (9:16 story vs. 1:1 feed) and localized price framing (USD vs. JPY). Creative was held constant within each cell so results could be read against cost per acquisition, and the winning variant carried the next flight's budget.
